Pastors Shannon and Susan Pruitt have been serving in ministry together for over three decades. Married for 32 years, they are proud parents of two children and the joyful grandparents of one beautiful granddaughter.
Their ministry journey began in youth ministry, where they served faithfully for 7 years, discipling students and building strong foundations for the next generation. They then stepped into lead pastoral ministry for 4 years before following God’s call to the mission field.
For 12 incredible years, the Pruitts served as missionaries in Ecuador, sharing the love of Christ, raising up leaders, and impacting communities through the power of the gospel.
In December 2019, God brought them back home to Hector First Assembly, where they now serve as lead pastors. With hearts full of faith and a passion for people, Shannon and Susan are committed to helping others know Jesus, grow in their walk with Him, and live out their purpose through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Their ministry is rooted in love, authenticity, and a deep belief that God is not finished yet—greater things are still to come!
