Ethan and Lauren Pruitt have been serving as youth pastors at Hector First Assembly since May 2025, bringing energy, creativity, and deep love for the next generation. Before stepping into youth ministry, they spent a year ministering to children in Northwest Arkansas.
Married since January 2021, they are proud parents to their 3-year-old daughter, Eleanor, who keeps them laughing and learning every day.
Ethan and Lauren have a genuine heart for serving, loving and growing alongside the people of the Hector and the surrounding community. They thrive in following the Lord’s will and are passionate about helping others discover the joy and purpose found in doing the same.
